Walking sessions: Sport Psychology

Our practice is based in the New Forest on the border between Hampshire and Dorset. We therefore offer coaching sessions in the national park with clients who live locally to the area. Walking sessions are exactly the same as our other in-person or virtual sessions, except you get enjoy the added benefits of:

1. Having your session in nature

2. Being active while having your session

3. Taking in the fresh air while you walk and talk

 

If you are comfortable meeting outside, we'll agree to meet at a location with a 50-60 minute walk through the Forest. Locations can be discussed on enquiry and may be subject to additional mileage charges. ​
