2023 has been a busy year so far at Front Foot Psychology.
Darren has been continuing with his roles with both Harlequins Junior Academy and the Dorset Cricket Emerging Player Programme, supporting players, coaches, and parents across both pathways.
Darren has also visited several schools, including King Edward VI School Southampton and Canford School in Wimborne, near Bournemouth. These talks included an interactive look at goal setting in sport (with a lot of balloons!) and a recreation of a casino to explore the links between identity, performance, and wellbeing.
Darren is now also available to supervise students on the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES) 'SEPAR' qualification, available to all graduates from a BASES accredited MSc in Sport Psychology.
