How it works
Footballers begin by booking a starter package. This consists of 2 sixty minute sessions designed to provide a comprehensive profile of you as footballer and a person. It helps us get to know each other, understand your goals, and assess your strengths and areas for improvement.

Amateur and youth footballers tend to then need 6-12 sessions to make progress with their plan. These sessions are typically spaced out every 2 weeks. This gives you time to complete homework exercises that typically involve practicing some mental skills that will help you make progress with your plan.

For professional footballers, support is provided on a monthly ongoing basis, structured around your own individual needs and schedule.
