When working with Dr Darren Britton, all of the above will be done in a positive, solution-focused manner. In other words, you'll spend most of your time talking about what you do when you're at your best.
Sessions take place confidentially either in-person or online. Sessions are between 50-60 minutes in length and can be booked one-at-a-time or as part of a multiple-session scheme (with discounts available for booking upfront).
