Solution-focused Coaching

Solution-focused coaching is available to people looking to overcome life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.

 

Solution-focused coaching is a unique approach that completely respects you as the expert on you. Rather than focusing on problems, you'll focus on what works for you and 'you at your best'. Solution-focused coaching therefore tends to be shorter and briefer than more common forms of coaching or therapy (e.g. cognitive-behavioural therapy or person centred counselling).
